Who we are
Neo Matrics is a software and marketing company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We are responsible for the personal data collected on neomatrics.com. Contact us at hello@neomatrics.com or +91 96322 44416.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, message, and any optional details you add such as budget range, timeline or preferred contact time. If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site we collect technical and usage data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on buttons and links, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the page or campaign that referred you (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID). If you arrived from a campaign link, we attach that campaign information to your enquiry so we know which marketing worked.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and, where active, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) measurement tags. These set cookies to count visits, measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. We also store small values in your browser's local and session storage to remember your cookie choice, your theme preference and the campaign that brought you here. When you first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, we signal Google tags through Google Consent Mode not to store those cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals; to deliver and support projects you engage us for; to follow up by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to measure and improve our advertising; and to protect the site against spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivering enquiry emails to our team), our in-house CRM (storing and managing enquiries), WhatsApp / Meta (enquiry notifications and conversations you start with us), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads) and Meta (ad measurement). Some of these providers store data outside India. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow-up conversations, then deleted. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Analytics account (currently 14 months).
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. We restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it and keep service credentials on the server, never in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent you have given. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email hello@neomatrics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our grievance contact at hello@neomatrics.com with the subject line “Privacy grievance”. We will acknowledge it within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
