Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Neo Matrics services, you agree to these terms and to applicable law.
Service scope
Scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in the final proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines and pricing.
Payments and billing
Payments are made according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may pause execution. Fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer according to contract terms after full payment. Neo Matrics may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless restricted by written agreement.
Limitation of liability
Neo Matrics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the delivered services.
Third-party platforms
Some services rely on third-party tools — hosting, lead management, email, advertising. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
